Boeing Future of Flight in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Project Management Specialist 2 (Contract) to support planning, scheduling, and change management activities for an integrated program.

You will collect data, prepare metrics, assist with risk assessments, and communicate plan changes to stakeholders. This on-site contract runs for 1 year with potential benefits options included.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets to consolidate status and generate metrics.
• Experience hosting meetings with engineering teams to collect status, document risks and issues.
• Experience putting together presentations on a weekly basis to convey performance to plan.
• Experience presenting status to leadership.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites in Puget Sound (Seattle, Tukwila, Renton, Everett).

Location: Tukwila, WA, United States (On-site)

Contract (1 year)

Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Position Responsibilities

• Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities to maintain an integrated plan that meets program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
• Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plans, and refining the business case.
• Develops, collects, organizes, and provides data and updates tasks to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
• Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.
• Identifies and provides reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
• Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

Required Skills

Pay Rate Range

Min Pay Rate: $45 USD per hour. Max Pay Rate: $50 USD per hour.
