Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. in Everett, WA seeks a Project Management Specialist 3 to lead aerospace projects from design through delivery. You will create integrated schedules, track milestones, and produce reports on performance to plan, risks, and next steps.

You will coordinate stakeholders and provide technical data support across the value stream to ensure on-time completion. Requires 3+ years in Aerospace and 3+ years in program or project management, plus a Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, including design, integration, and/or certification or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management, leading project and/or program proposals of varying complexity (including development and execution of schedule milestones, resource assessments, risk and/or issues management)
• Experience leading proposals of varying complexity and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineering Teams to manage large scale projects from design through delivery.
• Create integrated schedules including critical path and milestones.
• Develop reports on performance to plan, risks, and needed actions.
• Lead technical data support for Interior Commodities, coordinating stakeholders and action items.
• Analyze metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
