You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply Polaris development processes, and influence product capabilities to drive growth in the ORV market. Strong CAD skills and cost management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical engineering field.
• 3–6 years of engineering experience, preferably in consumer product development.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools; experience with Pro-E preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional technical leadership across engineering programs and projects.
• Influence designs to improve competitiveness, profitability, and market share.
• Plan, conduct, and supervise technical assignments; evaluate progress and results.
• Estimate part and tooling costs and monitor cost performance.
• Coordinate development, testing, drafting, layout, and fabrication activities to meet objectives.
