Polaris Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Project Leader to provide functional technical leadership across engineering programs for off-road vehicle products.

You will guide design decisions that affect performance, cost, and schedule, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet quality standards. You will create innovative design concepts, integrate customer insights, and drive alignment with established engineering processes to support high-visibility product

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3–6 years engineering experience preferred in consumer product development.
• Broad knowledge of engineering principles and procedures.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD; experience with Pro/E preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage costs, schedule, and performance through project teams (5–20 people).
• Influence designs of off-road vehicle components to meet goals.
• Develop innovative concepts to improve customer satisfaction and market opportunities.
• Benchmark products, materials, and processes to inform decisions.
• Apply Polaris product development processes for effective execution.
• Plan, conduct, and supervise technical assignments and progress.
• Estimate part and tooling costs and monitor cost performance.
• Coordinate development, testing, drafting, layout, and fabrication activities.
