Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales, marketing, or product development experience.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to support product decisions.
• Knowledge of market research techniques with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead ORV long-range product planning for global markets, aligning with other product plans.
• Develop proposals, program plans, and business cases for global programs and secure approvals.
• Analyze market data, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Study consumer behaviors and Voice of the Customer research needs to meet expectations.
• Manage international product portfolio with forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish clear product characteristics balancing consumer needs, costs, and quality goals.
• Lead Product Development Committee to plan strategic growth initiatives in global markets.
• Recommend pricing based on competitive positioning and profitability goals.
• Lead global go-to-market strategies with Marketing, subsidiaries, and distributors.
• Monitor technology and regulatory trends; advocate innovations for Polaris ORV offerings.
• Coordinate accessory and bundle plans to enhance ownership experience.
• Represent Polaris at industry events and consumer-facing activities.
