Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Project Manager in St. Gabriel, LA to lead moderately complex engineering projects from scope definition to closeout. The role emphasizes delivering on time, within budget, and to the client’s quality standards, with oversight of contracts, invoicing, and change management.

You will coordinate with engineering leaders, groom project plans, align stakeholder expectations, and drive team performance in a fast-paced environment. A PE or PMP certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects, delivering on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Manage commercial contracts and ensure timely invoicing and Change Notices are processed.
• Maintain control of project scope, budget, schedule, and performance, using available project control tools.
• Lead project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and promote effective Change Management and client relationships.
• Review technical documents, submittals, and drawings for compliance with project objectives.
