Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from initiation through completion.

You will work with the client team to define scope, goals and deliverables, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and drive successful outcomes with disciplined cost and schedule control. The ideal candidate has up to 10 years of experience, a degree in engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• PMP certification and/or Project Management Professional registration is highly preferred.
• This position requires up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of moderately complex engineering projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
• Lead a project team with minimal supervision and coordinate with client and internal stakeholders.
• Estimate professional services man-hours and manage invoicing, change notices, and office earnings reports.
• Oversee project control tools, schedules, budgets, and documentation across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
• Maintain timely reporting and coordination meetings with the team and client.
• Foster positive client relationships and drive project closeout and post-project support.
