Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering assignments, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will estimate hours with Engineering Resource Leaders, manage contracts, and monitor progress using project controls tools.

The role requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Education in mechanical, electrical, chemical or civil engineering is preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• PE registration and PMP certification are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex engineering projects from scoping to closeout.
• Control budgets, schedule, quality, and performance according to plan.
• Coordinate with engineering leaders to estimate professional services hours.
• Communicate scope changes and promote change management.
• Lead project teams and maintain client relations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review vendor submittals, drawings, and project documentation for compliance.
