Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in Angleton, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from scope to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client communications under minimal supervision.

Bachelor or Master in engineering with up to 10 years of experience; PMP preferred. You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, ensure quality, and drive change management while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• PMP certification is highly preferred; PE registration is advantageous.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage moderately complex engineering projects within budget and schedule.
• Oversee invoicing, change notices, and project plans in Vision.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate client communications.
• Maintain scope, deliverables, and quality to meet objectives.
• Develop project estimates, track performance, and manage risk and scope changes.
