Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a design engineer.
• 2+ years as a technical project manager.
• Experience leading engineering projects in Medical Device or Aerospace industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded hardware, firmware, software, and systems engineering projects.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Develop technical proposals (SOWs, project plans).
• Oversee schedule and budget items.
• Identify and mitigate risks and maintain a risk management plan.
• Coordinate with export controls/compliance.
