Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Senior Program Manager in Milford, OH to lead product development programs within medical device or pharmaceutical environments. The role is onsite with relocation available for the right candidate.

Requirements include a BS in Engineering or Life Science, 8+ years in regulated manufacturing, and 3+ years guiding cross-functional product development efforts. PMP/CAPM/CPMP are nice-to-haves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Life Science required.
• 8+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing with ISO, FDA, MDD, or other healthcare regulations.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional product development activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle management of partner programs.
• Support Design Control principles (Gate reviews, freezes, Design reviews, Change management, approvals).
• Set and track project KPIs (strategy, regulatory pathway, clinical build progress, status, schedule, allocate resources, risk).
• Maximize relationships with external partners in Pharma and Healthcare.
