Job summary

JT4, LLC, an engineering and technical services provider to U.S. military ranges, seeks a Project Lead I to guide small projects from inception to completion, coordinating design, documentation, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communications.

You will review progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to company and government processes, while recruiting support staff and reporting metrics to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or six years of equivalent experience in demanding projects.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and schedule management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead relatively small projects of low to medium complexity supporting requirements.
• Develop, review, and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, staffing, and procurement activities as needed.
• Provide project status and metrics to customers and management.
