The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 3+ years in engineering and project management, with travel up to 50%. Onsite roles are based in Beloit, WI or Grand Rapids, WI, with strong relocation support for qualified

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering and Project Management.
• Experience in Aseptic, Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects from a business viewpoint and advise upper management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and government regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams through Schreiber's Enterprise Project Management process.
