SUBURBAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. in Flanders, NJ is seeking a Project Funding Assistant to join the Project Funding team, supporting engineering departments in a fast-paced setting.

The role will collaborate with the Project Funding Manager and Department Project Managers to meet client project needs and ensure milestones and deliverables are properly funded. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments, perform QA/QC tasks for project milestones, and act as a client liaison

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general business experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate funding authorizations and track milestones with project teams.
• Audit project milestones and deliverables for funding accuracy.
• Coordinate with departments and Clients for reimbursements and approvals.
• Act as a liaison to Clients regarding necessary approvals and deliverables.
