Job summary

AVANGRID MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC. is offering an Engineering & Project Delivery Internship Program for a 10-week, paid summer experience in Maine.

Interns contribute to real projects, gain mentorship, and develop technical and professional skills in various energy disciplines. Selected students will work on assignments across project delivery, renewable energy, and environmental programs, with opportunities to present outcomes and learn from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or first-year Master's student with at least one semester remaining before graduation.
• Pursuing a degree in: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in the applicable field and the energy industry.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering, infrastructure, environmental, renewable energy, planning, and project execution activities across Avangrid.
• Assist with technical analysis, project coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to project delivery and readiness for management presentation and review.

Education
