Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or first-year Master’s student with at least one semester remaining before graduation.
• Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in the applicable field and the energy industry.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, operation, maintenance, and modernization of Avangrid’s electric system.
• Contribute to projects related to electrical transmission, distribution, substations, protection and control, system planning, and grid modernization.
• Collaborate with teams across business functions and present outcomes and learnings.

Education

Sophomore/Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree or first-year Master’s student with at least one semester remaining

Pursuing Electrical Engineering/Power Systems/Energy Systems or related engineering discipline

GPA 3.2 or higher (preferred)
