Job summary

Nova Space Solutions, LLC seeks a PMO Supervisor to lead the Engineering Services Department's project controls, configuration coordinators, and construction management teams on NASA-related programs at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.

You will coach staff, oversee staffing, cost and schedule performance, and drive process improvements while coordinating with customers and stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in engineering, construction, or business management from ABET accredited institution.
• 10-15 years of experience managing varied EPC projects.
• 5-10 years of personnel management experience.
• U.S. Citizen for NASA badge.
• Ability to communicate in English; valid driver's license.
• PMP certification and PMBOK knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction management, project controls, configuration coordinators and project management team.
• Oversee staffing, budget, workload distribution, and hiring actions.
• Ensure training, site access, software permissions, and operational readiness for new hires.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance and provide data-driven reports to the customer.
• Coordinate with engineering on design reviews and finalization.
• Enforce project management standards and drive process improvements across the PMO.
