Qualifications

• 3+ years in engineering project coordination or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong schedule and budget management; basic CAD familiarity.
• PMP certification a plus; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Work with engineering, sales, manufacturing, and operations teams.
• Develop timelines and monitor milestones.
• Review equipment specifications, sales orders, and project requirements.
• Coordinate equipment shipments, installations, and customer approvals.
• Track costs, delays, and issue resolution.
• Provide regular status updates to management.
• Support production teams during equipment prep and installation.
