Job summary

NV5 delivers technology-enabled engineering, consulting, and geospatial solutions to plan, design, and optimize infrastructure and buildings. This role focuses on project coordination within engineering, tracking deliverables, and maintaining clear communication with project teams and clients across the country.

The candidate will support Project Managers and Electrical Field Engineers, manage onboarding tasks, and facilitate client meetings while ensuring timely updates and accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Project Coordinating experience within engineering preferred.
• Passion for project performance.
• Ability to track and complete project work under accelerated schedules.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of documentation requirements and upload drawings and reports for PMs and Electrical Field Engineers.
• Audit Field deliverables and follow up to ensure completeness.
• Maintain communication with project teams and client via emails, meeting minutes, and proposals.
• Coordinate with multiple teams nationwide using project management tools.
• Attend meetings for assigned projects per the Project Manager’s direction.
• Ensure organization of folders and onboarding tasks in trackers and with accounting.
• Facilitate client meetings with NV5 Project Managers.
• Send dispatches for scheduled work per Project Manager direction.
• Disseminate information to team members promptly.
• Track deliverables and update item status.
