• Keep track of documentation requirements and upload drawings and reports for PMs and Electrical Field Engineers.
• Audit Field deliverables and follow up to ensure completeness.
• Maintain communication with project teams and client via emails, meeting minutes, and proposals.
• Coordinate with multiple teams nationwide using project management tools.
• Attend meetings for assigned projects per the Project Manager’s direction.
• Ensure organization of folders and onboarding tasks in trackers and with accounting.
• Facilitate client meetings with NV5 Project Managers.
• Send dispatches for scheduled work per Project Manager direction.
• Disseminate information to team members promptly.
• Track deliverables and update item status.

Position Summary

Other responsibilities include:

• Keep track of documentation requirements and upload technical drawings and reports for Project Managers and Electrical Field Engineers
• Audit Field deliverables for projects which you are assigned, and follow-up with team members to ensure completeness of deliverables.
• Maintain a high level of communication with assigned project teams and externally to the client. This includes written (project emails, meeting minutes, proposals) and verbal (documentation of conference calls) communication.
• Consistently work in cooperation with numerous individuals and project teams both in person and across the country by leveraging technology and project management tools for communication and coordination.
• Attend meetings for projects you have been assigned (internal and external) per the direction of the Project Manager.
• Ensure organization of folders and completeness of new site onboarding tasks in trackers and with accounting.
• Capable of facilitating client meetings with support from NV5 Project Managers.
• Send Electrical Field Engineer dispatches for scheduled work per direction of the Project Manager.
• Regularly disseminate information to team members on a timely basis.
• Track deliverables and advise appropriate team members of item status.

Responsibilities

We are seeking the following experience & qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred
• Project Coordinating experience within engineering preferred.
• Passion for project performance.
• Ability to track and complete project work under accelerated schedules.

The pay range for this position in California is $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. All local employment laws apply. Base pay information is based on market location.
