Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical/scientific discipline.
• 20 years of engineering and project management experience; 5+ years in engineering/product development; 10+ years in project leadership in a technical field.
• Hands-on experience with project management and project management leadership.
• Managing/executing software development projects.
• Project management experience in a regulated product development environment.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-tech, regulated product development programs with complex scopes and teams.
• Ensure program success by keeping projects on time and on budget while meeting quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, budget, schedule, vendor management, and contractual deliverables.
• Communicate major programmatic tradeoffs and decisions to stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate, and coordinate risk across the program.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate program status and gains.
