Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Project Engineer to support construction projects by coordinating submittals, reviewing drawings, and managing project records. This role collaborates with project managers, architects, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of project milestones.

You will prepare submittals, review drawings, and manage RFIs while developing hardware, furniture, and glass schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of Construction Project Engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience preparing submittals and coordinating project documentation.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for preparing and coordinating project submittals, reviewing drawings and specifications, managing RFIs, developing project schedules, and supporting procurement and closeout activities.
