Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking an Engineering Project Controls Professional to support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management for a portfolio of site assessment and remediation projects in the tri-state area.

The role requires collaboration with the lead project controls specialist, management teams, and client representatives, with travel to Linden, New Jersey as a project-site requirement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project controls experience.
• Oil & Gas project controls experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Power BI and Deltek familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of all project controls and systems on large-scale delivery projects.
• Assist budget tracking, forecasting, reimbursements, accruals, and invoicing tracking.
• Create and maintain project delivery information with forecasts and accruals.
• Provide analysis and reporting within the project/portfolio management team.
• Assess gaps for meeting schedule and budget and report to management.
• Evaluate risks affecting costs, schedules, and client relations.
• Report on project change requests within the portfolio.
• Lead project delivery status meetings and reporting.
• Complete monthly invoicing per requirements.
