Job summary

Kleinfelder, a Forbes' Top Employer for Engineers, seeks an Engineering Project Controls Professional to support financial reporting and project controls for site assessment and remediation projects in the tri-state area. The role requires travel to Linden, NJ and routine site visits, with a flexible base in NJ/PA/NY.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and invoicing, with preferred Power BI and Deltek experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of documented project controls experience.
• Oil & Gas project controls experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; intermediate Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of project controls and systems on large-scale delivery projects.
• Budget tracking, forecasting, reimbursements, accruals, and invoice tracking.
• Create and maintain project delivery information reporting forecasts and accruals.
• Provide analysis and reporting within the project/portfolio management team.
• Assess gaps and requirements to meet schedule and budget; report risks.
• Evaluate and report on project change requests; manage cost-related risks.
• Lead project delivery status meetings and report on financial performance.
• Complete monthly invoicing adhering to requirements.
