Qualifications

Pursuing an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field.
At least one year in construction project administration.
Experience supporting local, state, or federal construction projects.
Knowledge of construction technology and industry terminology.
Experience with database applications and document controls.
Understanding of construction financial reporting.
Proficiency in word processing and developing spreadsheets/databases.
Analytical, planning, and coordinating business activities.

Responsibilities

Support construction branch operations and contract administration through the full project lifecycle.
Analyze, process, organize, and compile information from field notes, lab reports, and payment estimates.
Help develop scoping, planning, change control, and contract-related documents.
Manage database entry and reporting using Access, Excel, and Oracle; run reports and analyze data.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and project documents for distribution.
Maintain branch records and electronic files, and assemble procurement requests.
Coordinate and support meetings, including kickoffs and reviews, with agendas and notes.
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track project information and public materials.
