Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent workforce training is required.
• 3+ years in construction project administration with GC or PM firm.
• 1+ year supporting local, state, or federal construction projects.
• Experience with civil engineering concepts, scheduling, and project management terms.
• Experience using database and document management tools, including complex spreadsheets.
• Experience generating reports in scheduling or PMIS and monitoring budgets.
• Experience preparing or reviewing invoicing and billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain construction data and electronic files across Access, Excel, OneNote, and Oracle.
• Review contractor payment estimates and resolve discrepancies using construction accounting practices.
• Assemble and process contract modification and task order packages.
• Draft and revise contract correspondence and government documents.
• Support engineering training logistics, track schedules, attendance, and materials.
• Update sections of the WFLHD Construction Manual and SOPs.
• Track branch equipment and government vehicles.
• Assist with project closeout and prepare closeout reports.
