Job summary

HTEC Group is seeking a US-based Engineering Program Manager to join a long-term partnership with a global technology leader in Media and Entertainment. You will coordinate a 60+ person engineering org, ensure delivery health, and report to senior client stakeholders across the US and EU.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, clear written communication, and the ability to manage risks and dependencies in a fast-paced environment. US-based with PST overlap is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or delivery management in software engineering environments.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones, ideally in a client-facing or vendor-side role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior product, program, and engineering leaders.
• Structured communicator with strong written skills; adept at status reporting and documentation.
• Based in the US and able to work PST hours; early schedule with EU overlap.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Act as DRI for integration-heavy projects and manage risks, dependencies, and roadmap.
• Attend UAT sessions, triage findings, and drive follow-ups with engineering.
• Own requirements intake and clarify client needs to unblock delivery.
• Engage with EU teams for morning overlap and maintain governance.
