Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to oversee project budgets, resource planning, and scope management across multiple initiatives.

You’ll monitor timelines, coordinate with design, engineering, and field teams, and support onboarding and HR processes for new hires. The role requires 3–5+ years in construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office skills; Oracle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in the construction industry or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, plan and track resources, and identify scope variances.
• Assist in preparing complete estimates for pursuits and new projects; track proposal status.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion and accurate ECNs.
