Stripe, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for the Internal Systems team.

You will help deliver systems and process improvements for internal users by partnering with Engineering, Product, and business teams to translate priorities into clear program plans, coordinate dependencies, and drive delivery from planning through launch. You will own defined programs across multiple teams, navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and measure outcomes.

Formación

• 3+ years of program management experience.
• Experience delivering cross-functional software or systems programs from planning through launch.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear plans, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend practical next steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating progress, decisions, and blockers to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently within an agreed scope, collaborate across teams and time zones, and seek support when needed.
• Experience improving processes across multiple teams or functions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and business teams to understand user needs and define program scope, milestones, owners, and success criteria.
• Own delivery of defined cross-functional programs from planning through launch, tracking dependencies, decisions, risks, and progress.
• Work with engineering partners to understand technical dependencies and tradeoffs, identify delivery risks, and agree on mitigation plans.
• Write clear program plans, proposals, decision records, and updates tailored to the audience.
• Build alignment across teams, resolve delivery issues with partners, and escalat[e] blockers when needed.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Improve planning, tracking, and launch processes based on what teams need and lessons learned.
