Job summary

Madison-Kipp Corporation seeks an experienced Engineering Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, quality, operations, and sales teams for programs from concept through production.

The role leads cross-functional initiatives, supports new product launches, coordinates engineering changes, and provides technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders, requiring strong project management, engineering knowledge, and customer-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering program management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs from new product introduction through production launch.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and programs.
• Facilitate communication between customers, engineering, quality, operations, and leadership.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources for project execution.
• Support and coordinate New Product Launch initiatives.
• Oversee engineering change requests with Process and Quality Engineering teams.
• Provide on-site engineering support and guidance at customer locations.
• Review customer drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Advocate for customer needs while aligning with company capabilities.
• Assist with design reviews, CAD modeling support, and manufacturability considerations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Support IATF quality system requirements and compliance.
• Coordinate technical specifications and project documentation for new product development.
