Job summary
Global Recruiters of West Bend is assisting in sourcing an Manufacturing Engineering Manager (electrical technologies) for a prominent engineered products manufacturer in the Madison, WI area. The role requires a hands-on engineering leader who can drive NPI initiatives and improve manufacturability while maintaining strong communication with customers and suppliers.
The position reports to the VP of Operations with dotted-line to the VP of Engineering and oversees a small team of skilled
Qualifications
- Experience leading NPIs (new product introductions) and sustaining manufacturing.
- Strong leadership of high-technology manufacturing teams in engineered products.
- Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on daily leadership style to engage, motivate and retain employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of highly skilled technologists.
- Drive technical performance and manufacturability improvements for products.
- Collaborate with executive leadership (VP Operations/VP Engineering) on strategy and execution.
- Ensure alignment with quality, delivery and cost goals.
