Qualifications

• 4 years in IT with expert-level PM experience.
• Ability to translate complex migration plans into executive summaries.
• Data-driven tradeoff facilitation between features and tech debt.
• Coordinate end-to-end PI planning across multiple teams.
• Maintain backlog hygiene and governance across domains.
• Experience with Jira workflows, epics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the system of delivery and align work to VC&M strategy.
• Establish structures for predictable delivery and reporting hygiene.
• Co-own domain backlog, PI planning, and delivery plans.
• Prioritize work with Engineering Manager input based on value.
• Ensure cross-team sequencing, risk & dependency management.
• Keep dashboards up to date for leadership reporting.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Validate acceptance criteria and delivered value at completion.
