• Manage product safety and durability studies.
• Oversee plant readiness to secure budget convergence at milestones.
• Lead a team of engineers and oversee development across platforms.
• Coordinate development phases and participate in design reviews.
• Ensure cost, quality, and schedule targets meet internal controls.
