Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC and/or engine systems.
• Familiarity with multiple SDLC practices (Agile and Waterfall).
• Experience overseeing system interface designs.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct unit-level activities including design changes and production readiness.
• Manage product safety and durability studies.
• Ensure feasibility with manufacturing and plant readiness for budget milestones.
• Lead program milestones, escalation processes, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate participation of unit teams in development phases and reviews.
• Provide guidance on system interface designs to project teams.
