Job summary

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager to drive execution across multiple engineering and cross-functional initiatives for our Ultra Long Endurance aircraft programs. Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional engineering projects.
• Experience in hardware, software, systems engineering.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple concurrent engineering projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, action item registers, and risk logs.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Flight Operations, and other functions.
• Facilitate project meetings, capture decisions, and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Monitor project status, identify schedule risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Own the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, including requirements, development, QA, documentation, release, and training readiness.
• Coordinate across software, engineering, manufacturing, quality, product, support, and customer-facing teams for releases.
• Support engineering change, product development activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
