Job summary

HDR in the United States is seeking a Project Manager Engineering – Aerospace to lead aerospace engineering projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes client relations, schedule and budget management, QA/QC, and collaboration with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership. A Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years’ experience, and a PE/P.Eng license are preferred requirements.

• Implement QA/QC procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.
• Professional engineering license recognized in the location of the position (PE or P.Eng).
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Compensation range (full‑time positions): Washington, DC: $139,776 - $199,680; Fulton, MD: $128,128 - $183,040; Arlington, VA: $139,776 - $199,680; Glen Allen, VA: $116,480 - $166,400; Virginia Beach, VA: $116,480 - $166,400.

Primary location: United States - Virginia - Arlington. Other locations: Georgia – Glen Allen, Virginia – Vienna, Virginia Beach; Maryland – Fulton.
