Job description

Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Financial Controls – ensuring programs performed within specific program award budgets
• Schedule Controls – maintaining on‑time contract performance with appropriate resources to meet changing contract requirements
• Contractual Submittals – ensuring timely production of documents, reports, and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
• Customer Relations – develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers

Qualifications

• Understanding of business, accounting procedures, quality assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures
• Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques
• 8+ years of experience managing complex programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communication techniques
• BSME required; advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience preferred but not required
