Job summary

C & G Consulting is seeking a capable program manager to support the U.S. Navy’s Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program.

You will oversee engineering, test and evaluation activities, drive issue resolution, and serve as the primary interface to customer leads. You will coordinate contractor teams, manage workload and processes, produce deliverables, participate in design reviews, and travel up to 10% to assist test events and field assessments, leveraging a background in engineering and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and program management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide program management and technical support to the Navy’s Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program teams.
  • Keep track of high priority tasks and drive issues to resolution.
  • Assist customer with managing workload and establishing processes.
  • Serve as a key communication interface to the customer leads.
  • Oversee large projects for contractor technical and test and evaluation teams and coordinate task team members.
  • Produce white papers, briefs, and other deliverables as requested by the customer.
  • Organize and track action items; review and provide feedback on team work products prior to delivery to client.
  • Lead the technical team’s change tracking and development of work productions for the CCD process.
  • Assist the task lead with managing the customer’s business plan, TPS management, and budget exhibit updates.
  • Travel to assist and provide assessment/analysis for test events, plans and reports.
  • Participate in design reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to brief issues and maintain technical baselines.
