Eaton’s ES AMER Sector Integration division is seeking an Engineering Process Excellence Lead to strengthen engineering processes, data quality, and standard practices across CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering changes. You will drive cross-functional improvements across multiple teams and locations.

The role emphasizes data integrity across product lifecycle, process standardization, and capability development, with travel up to 50%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of engineering experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with CAD solid models and technical drawings for electromechanical products.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering projects or process-improvement initiatives.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with CAD, PDM, PLM, or ERP systems (SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, ENOVIA, SAP).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve standard engineering processes for CAD models, drawings, BOMs, engineering changes, and product releases.
• Establish engineering data quality standards across teams and locations.
• Improve the flow and integrity of engineering information throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead engineering data integrity and process improvement initiatives across multiple teams.
• Establish project priorities, governance, metrics, and implementation plans.
• Identify and resolve recurring process issues through data analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver training and guidance to strengthen engineering fundamentals.
• Lead adoption of new engineering processes, standards, and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and IT to drive improvements.
• Support engineering change implementation and continuous improvement activities.
