Job summary

Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES) seeks a Program Coordinator I to support the Mechanical Engineering department's programs in College Station, Texas. The role coordinates planning, events, and office operations under supervision.

Responsibilities include coordinating conferences, seminars, and workshops; managing communications, records, and data; and assisting with budget tracking and travel reimbursements. A collaborative, service-minded approach is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements program events such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings and workshops.
• Coordinates program communications and marketing.
• Gathers, enters, and updates data to maintain departmental records.
• Assists in preparation of budgets and travel reimbursements.
• Maintains office organization and serves as liaison with other offices and external institutions.
