Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Engineering & Productization Manager for Fabrication & Manufacturing in Dallas. The role drives the technical development, standardization, and integration of modular solutions across hubs and spokes, coordinating with customers, partners, and internal groups to scale fabrication capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering management, product development, modularization, fabrication, manufacturing, EPC, or related environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineered products from concept through production and field deployment.
• Strong knowledge of DfMA, constructability, modularization, and design change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of fully integrated modular systems across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping, controls).
• Champion hub-and-spoke manufacturing strategy with clear interfaces and standardization.
• Drive productization, lifecycle management, and design governance across the network.
