FabLogix in Duncan, SC is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to serve as the technical lead for our modular fabrication business, overseeing the engineering design effort that turns client designs into manufacturing-ready solutions.

This role manages a multi-discipline team of consulting engineers—mechanical, electrical, pipe stress analysis, structural, and instrumentation and controls—supporting data center and life sciences projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical, process, structural, or related engineering.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• 8+ years engineering experience with multi-discipline leadership.
• Experience with modular fabrication or industrial piping is a plus.
• Experience with multiple CAD tools and modeling platforms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical lead and final sign-off across modular fabrication projects.
• Support Project Managers by resolving design questions in a fast-paced environment.
• Set engineering standards, review protocols, and quality expectations.
• Allocate resources and coordinate multi-discipline design teams.
• Drive design completion while ensuring code compliance and manufacturability.
• Coordinate with client engineers and shop personnel.
