Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks an onsite electronics tester to qualify electronic products for production readiness in Fargo, ND. The role requires relocation and willingness to undergo a drug screen.

Summary

This position requires an individual to test electronic products to qualify them for production readiness. The role is onsite, and candidates must be willing to relocate and undergo a drug screen.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct manual testing of electronic assemblies and document results.
  • Set up lab equipment as per engineering instructions.
  • Perform maintenance on equipment and products.
Qualifications
  • Education: A.S. in Electronics or a two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of related experience required; three or more years preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies to identify root cause.
  • Ability to read and comprehend engineering documents, such as schematics or diagrams.
  • Ability to maintain necessary product records and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $32.16 - $32.16/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
