Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Procurement professional to manage materials and services for engineering labs, and to support prototypes across multiple sites in the United States. You will collaborate with program, operations, engineering, and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to policies.

The role requires experience with SAP/Ariba and strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels and across sites. U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree in related field.
• 2+ years of prior experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems in procurement.
• Experience with Ariba or similar systems.
• Ability to manage detailed work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts, tools, fixtures, and equipment for engineering labs.
• Support proof-of-concept and proof-of-function prototypes.
• Evaluate procurement needs and determine compliant strategies.
• Act as liaison for material and supply organization across teams.
• Review and manage materials, supplies, and services for programs.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to prioritize material and supplier constraints.
• Provide supply chain support across multiple sites.
• Analyze complex supply chain challenges and develop policy-aligned solutions.
• Establish priorities to meet program timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior personnel on cross-functional initiatives.
• Utilize SAP and Ariba to manage procurement execution and material outcomes.
