Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems in a supply chain or procurement environment.
• Experience supporting material readiness, supplier coordination, or Bill of Material (BOM) management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience coordinating supply chain activities across multiple sites or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Procure parts, tools, fixtures, and equipment for engineering labs.
• Support CAMELS lab’s request for evaluation material.
• Assist engineering proof-of-concept and prototypes.
• Evaluate procurement needs and determine effective strategies.
• Liaise with program, operations, engineering, and planning to guide supply chain.
• Review and manage materials, supplies, and services for programs.
• Recommend suppliers aligned to program objectives and ensure order completion.
• Provide supply chain support across multiple sites for Mission Systems.
• Prioritize materials and supplier constraints impacting schedules.
• Analyze complex supply chain challenges and develop compliant solutions.
• Establish priorities and manage activities to meet timelines.
• Serve as key contact for internal/external stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement execution and drive material outcomes.
