Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable technical field.
- 7+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
- 3+ years' experience managing engineers, technical resources, and/or projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across manufacturing process and quality disciplines.
- Experience with regulatory requirements including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, RoHS, REACH, and ITAR.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and hold accountability for manufacturing and quality engineering teams.
- Own quarterly improvement projects and contribute to their execution.
- Monitor workload and schedule status across direct reports using ERP/dispatch tools.
- Lead engineering teams through quoting processes.
- Coach and support the team in making sound process and quality decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Production and other departments.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes.
- Oversee coaching conversations and performance evaluations.
