Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience in full stack web application development.
4+ years managing engineering teams with experience in multiple teams.
Track record of shipping software rapidly through agile SDLC.
Technical background for credible feedback on code and architecture.
Experience with AI's impact on software development processes.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of engineering pod including sprint planning and delivery.
Partner closely with product managers to align quarterly goals and remove blockers.
Participate in and shape architectural decision-making processes.
Lead full performance management for 8 to 12 engineers, including reviews.
Translate AI strategies into team-level execution.
