Job summary

CorSource seeks a Project Manager 2 (Engineering) for a 12-month contract in Vancouver to lead Transmission Project Portfolio Management initiatives, including lines, substations, and telecom/facilities infrastructure from inception to completion.

You will apply PMI-based methods, coordinate with senior management and SMEs, manage timelines and budgets, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure project goals are met within scope and funding constraints.

Qualifications

• PMI-based project management methodology experience preferred.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Ability to forecast resource needs and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate assigned project, from start to finish, with senior management and stakeholders.
• Engage with the business to understand needs, dependencies and milestones.
• Identify SMEs and coordinate resources as needed.
• Forecast and request project resources in collaboration with performance managers.
• Coordinate with business units to resolve allocation issues.
