Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support the Senior Engineering Manager on all technical issues for the Engineering COEs and Training. The TPM will coordinate and lead technical matters, maintain ERS/HVM applications, and provide platform support for systems like Power DB, OLDP, Doble Protection, and RTS.

The role serves as the primary contact for high-priority issues for customers and partners. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Vertiv product knowledge is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Technical leadership and development skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all technical issues for the Engineering COEs and Training.
• Manage ERS/HVM applications and provide platform support for technical platforms.
• Serve as primary contact for high priority technical issues for internal and external customers.
• Travel as necessary (approx. 25%).
• Assist with process and compliance across projects and support safety communication with the EHS team.
