The Division of Transportation Solutions of the State of Delaware is seeking an experienced professional to manage the development, review, and approval of Right of Way plans. You will supervise staff and provide engineering support to ensure timely ROW plans for transportation projects.
The role involves drafting, reviewing, and approving ROW plans, identifying property needs, and verifying rights-of-way and easements to support multi-modal infrastructure developments.
The mission of the Division of Transportation Solutions is to provide excellence in transportation by developing, constructing and maintaining the State's infrastructure in a manner that results in a safe, cost-effective, and efficient multi-modal transportation network that enhances mobility commerce, and livability. In addition, Transportation Solutions provides high quality support services to other divisions in the department.
This position is responsible for managing the development, review, and approval of Right of Way (ROW) plans. The role includes supervising staff and providing engineering support to ensure timely and accurate ROW plans for transportation projects. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, approving Right-of-Way plans; identifying property needs; verifying existing and proposed rights-of-way and easements.
